We are Arabat (Arabako Bideak-Vías de Álava, S.A.), the public company of the Provincial Council of Álava dedicated to planning, building, preserving and managing high-capacity roads and other key infrastructures in the territory.
Our journey began in 2003 with the major project of the AP-1 highway (Vitoria-Gasteiz-Eibar section), which was opened to traffic in 2009. Since then, our commitment has been to offer you the best service, guarantee your safety, enhance the connectivity of Alava and facilitate the assistance for those who frequently use our roads.
New Challenges, Same Commitment
With 20 years of experience in the AP-1, we look to the future. Today, our focus is expanding to meet the challenges of economic, social and environmental sustainability of roads in Alava. This means that we will expand our responsibilities to continue improving mobility in our territory.
